Xona Academy is an online learning platform with courses suitable for people interested in Xona's secure remote access solutions.

What courses are available on Xona Academy?

• An Introduction to XONA - Intended for people who want to learn more about Xona but who will not be operating / administering Xona.
• XCA (XONA Certified Associate) - For people who will be operating Xona, but not administering Xona.
• XCP (XONA Certified Professional) - For people who will be administering Xona

How do I enroll in Xona Academy?

Contact support@xonasystems.com about access. You will be requested to provide the names and emails of the user(s) and specify which courses they should have access to.

How do I login to Xona Academy?

1. Navigate to this URL: https://academy.xonasystems.com/
2. Click on the Login button.
3. Enter your email address to receive a login code at your inbox.
4. Check your inbox for an email from XONA Academy regarding your login code.

What email address is used by Xona Academy?

Users will receive an email from the teachable.com domain, typically no-reply@teachable.com or notifications-*@teachable.com.

If emails are not arriving, then please check your email's Junk, Spam, and Quarantine. If they continue to not arrive, then you may need to coordinate with your IT admins to un-block "teachable.com" from corporate email filtering.
