When we establish a connection to a Windows session, our mouse works great, but our keyboard can’t type until I click outside session and then back into session. Why is this?

Keyboard focus is established once you click into the canvas. We cannot takeover the keyboard to keep it "trapped" within the canvas while connected due to many layers of browser security. This is an unfortunate side effect of browser only based client.
